In addition to being a purchase- and selling broker, Mick is our independent mortgage advisor. When he started out as an independent mortgage broker in 2010, he increasingly joined viewings of clients out of sheer interest in houses. After becoming sufficiently qualified, he was soon hired as a purchasing agent due to his construction engineering knowledge and straight forward way of communicating. Now he has built a beautiful company which focuses on services, rather than sales and with one goal: to help nice people all day long. He is the father of Bobbie, the official AREA office dog, and a self-proclaimed coffee addict. Fun fact: Mick excels in silly word jokes.

If you come to visit a house from our portfolio, there is a big chance that the ever-cheerful Stephanie will open the door. Stephanie, combining her styling back ground with her services as a real estate agent, ensures the optimal sales result: happy buyers and sellers. Fun fact: with Stephanie the viewings always take twice as long, as she is mentally decorating every house with the interested buyers during the viewing.

Part of “The Stephanies”, the second Stephanie joined the team at the beginning of 2020, which was a comeback into real estate after selling her hospitality company. The combination of her education and her hospitality heart is the ideal combination for a real estate agency that focuses on pure service. The office is often bored with sweet videos from daughter Puck.

If you get in touch with the office, chances are that you will be greeted by Ottelie. Her enthusiasm and big smile on her face will brighten your day. She is involved in all our files and her experience as a legal counselor helps us with the daily ins and outs of the office, but she is also the person who helps clients with any legal issues regarding purchase and sales dealings.

OFFICE DOG & PERSONAL ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM

Loveable Labrador Bobbie is the glue that holds Mick and Michelle together. When Bobbie isn’t busy being adorable, she likes to sit in chairs pretending not to be a dog.
